We hire across three practice areas. Each path is distinct, but all share the same standard: strong work, clear ownership, and genuine investment in what we're building together.

Track 01

Consulting & Advisory

Work at the client interface across strategy, governance, finance, and technology leadership. From fractional CTO engagements and AI governance to financial consulting and digital transformation — you'll help organizations make high-stakes decisions with confidence.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and fractional executive across AI, technology, or financial domains
  • Lead AI governance, data privacy, or regulatory compliance engagements
  • Provide financial consulting, operational analysis, or growth strategy support
  • Advise on digital transformation roadmaps and enterprise architecture decisions
  • Lead executive workshops, client briefings, and stakeholder sessions
  • Consulting, finance, law, policy, or senior technology leadership — deep expertise in at least one
  • Experience advising executives or operating in a fractional leadership role
  • Familiarity with AI governance, financial compliance, or enterprise regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to communicate complex strategy clearly to boards, executives, or technical teams

Track 02

Technology & Development

Build the digital products, AI systems, and automation tools that power Digital 520's client work. From full-stack web applications and marketing technology to AI/ML pipelines and custom automation — you'll own technical execution with real stakes and direct client impact.

  • Design and develop web applications, WordPress sites, or headless architecture builds for clients
  • Build AI/ML systems, intelligent automation workflows, or data pipeline infrastructure
  • Architect marketing technology stacks, CRM integrations, and digital ecosystems
  • Translate strategic and regulatory requirements into production-ready software
  • Own full project lifecycles from architecture and design through delivery
  • Web development — React, Next.js, Node, WordPress (including headless/ACF builds), or similar — deep expertise in at least one stack
  • AI/ML, automation tooling, or data engineering (Python, LangChain, n8n, or similar)
  • Cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, or Netlify)
  • Martech stacks, CRM configuration, or API integrations across digital platforms

Track 03

Marketing & Operations

Drive growth, awareness, and the day-to-day engine of Digital 520. From brand strategy, content, and digital marketing to business development and financial operations — you'll be the infrastructure that lets the rest of the firm do its best work.

  • Lead marketing strategy, content creation, SEO, or brand development across channels
  • Drive social media, thought leadership, or digital presence initiatives
  • Support business development, client acquisition, or partnership growth
  • Manage project coordination, scheduling, and deliverable tracking across engagements
  • Handle financial operations including invoicing, budgeting, or vendor management
  • Marketing strategy, content, SEO, paid media, or brand development — deep in at least one
  • Business development, sales operations, or client relationship management
  • Project management, financial operations, or professional services coordination
  • Comfortable with technology tools and genuinely curious about AI and automation
